Shouvik Banerjee works on the US Department of Energy's Recovery Act team. The group manages the Obama Administration's $36.7 billion provided to the Department of Energy to jumpstart the clean energy economy. Shouvik also worked on the design and passage of the Recovery Act while in the White House Office of Climate Change and the Presidential Transition Team's Energy Policy Group. Before joining the Administration, Shouvik worked at McKinsey and Company and the Obama campaign. He holds a Masters of Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School, a BS in Computer Science, and a BA in History from Stanford.
